I led an interdisciplinary team (lawyers, administrative and processes analysts, and developers) in the development of a web that connected the company's internal system with an external site used by providers.
This was not a classic UX design project, as the company did not assign a UX designer to us. That is why, knowing the processes involved very well and also being very familiar with the users who were going to use this website, I dedicated myself to working very closely with them. This challenging project was the decisive experience that led me to redirect my career towards UX design, as finding the solution in this project was very rewarding. Moreover, I learned firsthand the necessity of having a UX designer.
This project was developed internally by employees of the company, who are committed to not disclosing its content in accordance with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The site is for exclusive use of the providers that work with the company. Therefore, this section describes how the project was conducted, but it's not containing any actual images. The only exception is the login screen, that it's public.
